Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we may offer a store credit or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The item is in original, unused condition

• It is returned in original packaging

• The return is made within 30 days of delivery

• Custom-made or personalised items (e.g. engraved jewellery) are not eligible for change of mind returns unless faulty.
